Reviews from three HUGE UK film premieres coming soon!

The Cinema Blog is both proud and excited to bring you some of the first reviews from three massive UK film premieres this month. And when I say 'massive' I mean truly, immensely huge. All three of these films are strong contenders at the Oscars and will surely go on to be among the highlights of 2010.

The first of these aforementioned reviews will appear online Sunday night, the second will be up here on Monday October 18th and the third will be available later that week on Thursday 21st October.

So keep your eyes pealed for some exclusive UK reviews right here!

...what are they? Or, I guess, how are you seeing them that makes it exclusive?

If I told you how I was seeing them... I would have to kill you...

In all seriousness though, if I told you then you could Google it and find out which films. And I'm remaining secretive. :) Partly for my own amusement and mostly because I want to beat my daily hit count record. :) Haha.

They're not world premieres of anything. Nothing TOO exciting. But two of them are the first UK showings. One of them - the one tomorrow - is technically the first UK showing but it's showing in about 20 places at the same time. :P Haha.

Oh, well I'm seeing Another Year on 18th for London Film Festival. I was wondering if it were the same but then London is going a little out of the way. I shall wait.

Ahhh, screw it, I'm sure no-one reads the comments anyway... Yeah! I'm going down to the London Film Festival too! I've got Another Year on the 18th then I'm going back for The King's Speech later in the week. :) Which showing are you at?

Ooooohh! 7pm Monday, yeah? Isn't there only three showings, one on each Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. I'm going with my Dad though. But it's cool, that way he take a picture for our new facebook display pictures. 8-)

http://www.bfi.org.uk/lff/news/1192 interesting.

I hope so! :D I should be going down there on behalf of a cinema near me who are too cheap to send out paid journalists. Haha. :P They want a little write up of it for their monthly booklet.

But, that same cinema is showing it according the link you just posted. :/
So, I'm not sure what's going to be going on now... I'll have to check... :S

Either way, if we're both going to that same screening, I'll let you know and we should get a drink beforehand. :)

I'll struggle unfortunately, since I have college that day and I'll be meeting my Dad half way trainwise so I got no idea about what time I'll get there but if you message me your number or something then I'll let you know.

So busy next week:

Thursday - full day college.
Friday - full day college.
Saturday - open evening at Westminster Uni.
Sunday - seeing Nils Lofgren in Cambridge.
Monday - full day college then Another Year.
Tuesday - doctor's, counselling then extra shift at work.

Like. No breaks. I shall cherish the Wednesdays.

Surely this means it'll count 365 extra seconds?
